– We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard credit cards on protected server or international money orders issued through banks.

– You can select your minerals using our “cart” facility: it will help you to create your order, to cancel and confirm your selection when you are ready and to accept the overcharge to cover standard delivery costs.
– You can send your order and credit cards info using the Internet service provided and secured by Paypal.
– We will serve “first in first out” and accept returns within 15 days.
– Generally all orders will be processed in one week after bank confirmation of credit record.
– We send by priority air mail or insured air mail on specific request by customer.
– We charge standard costs to your bill for wrapping, delivery and insurance if requested.
– For shipments to Italy, with orders above 700,00 Euro, the service is free.
– For international shipments, with orders above 700,00 Euro, the service is free.
– There may be possibility of negotiation on samples of particular importance. Any samples in the promotion have a net price.
Privacy and personal data
In order to post minerals, D.I. Corrado Vietti (VIETTIMINERALS) will register and use some personal informations.
Personal informations will be treated with respect of and in the conditions of the principles of article 9 of Italian law 675/96.
For article 13 of law 675/96 it is always possible to oppose the treatment in object and order the owner to cancel data free of charge. Personal informations treated by us will not be passed on or communicated to third parties.
Protection of Privacy
Every time an order is issued, the person consents to the use of personal data only for commercial, fiscal, administrative, and informative purposes pertraining to our business activity, according to article 13 of Italian law 196 30/06/2003.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 5 of Legislative Decree N° 185/99 of Italian law at the following conditions:
1. The Customer can withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods purchased without need of motivating its decision and without any penalty within a time limit of 10 working days; such days commence upon Customer’s receipt of the goods.
2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice thereof, within the time limit foreseen, to D.I. Corrado Vietti (VIETTIMINERALS) headquarters by registered letter with return receipt. The notice can be sent, within the same time limit, also by telegram, e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours thereafter.
3. The specimen/s must be returned in perfect condition within 15 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal. It must also contain all material, including the original packaging. (Invoice, labels …)
4. The return of specimens to D.I. Corrado Vietti (VIETTIMINERALS) is understood to be at the care and expense of the Customer who decides to withdraw from the contract.
5. D.I. Corrado Vietti (VIETTIMINERALS) shall have a 30 day time limit from the date of receipt of the returned products for crediting to the Customer the sum it had paid, less shipping costs.
6. The complete packaging of the product and the original invoice shall be addressed to:

In all of the above cases, the Customer shall indicate the data for making the transfer (name of the bank, ABI and CAB codes, current account number, name and address with zip code of the person in whose name the account has been opened).
