Information in pursuance of Article 13 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data

Dear Customer, We would like to inform You that the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of Personal data.

1. Principles relating to processing of personal data

3. purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the processing

3.1. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) for the following purposes:

i) online purchase;

ii) management of bank data relating to “direct” payments (made by bank transfer);

iii) performance of activities, required by law, connected to the conclusion of a purchase;

iv) management of delivery / shipping / return.

3.2. Moreover, with exclusive reference to any marketing activity by subscribing to the mailing list, the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR).

3.3. We inform You that, for the purposes of 3.1. the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement and the data subject is obliged to provide the personal data. Failure to provide such data makes it impossible to enter a contract (art. 13, par. 2, lett. e) GDPR).

3.4. Any marketing activity by subscribing to the mailing list is possible only wit Your consent. Failure to provide such consent makes it impossible to be included in the mailinglist (art. 13, par. 2, lett. e) GDPR).

You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (art. 13, par. 2, lett. c) GDPR). To withdraw consent You can click “unsubscribe” from the form at the bottom of the email.

4. Modality of Processing

The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.

5. Recipients of the personal data and transfer to a third country

Your data will not be disseminated in any way nor will it be transferred abroad.

6. Period for which the personal data will be stored

6.1. Your personal data are kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (“Principle of storage limitation”, art. 5 GDPR) and according to the Italian law.

In any case they will be stored for the time necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity.

6.2. The data provided on the occasion of the subscription to the mailing list will be stored for two years upon conferment.

7. Data subject rights under

According to Articles 15 to 22 data subject has the right to ask the Controller:

i) Right of access (art. 15 GDPR);

ii) Right to rectification (art. 16 GDPR);

iii) Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) (art. 17 GDPR);

iv) Right to restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR);

v) Right to object and automated individual decision-making (art. 21 GDPR);

vi) Right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR).

In the case of the marketing activities for which consent has been expressed, there is the possibility for the interested party to withdraw the consent to the treatment by simply communicating to the Data Controller.

Data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
